Job Summary We're seeking an exceptional Senior Project Manager Advisor to join our Advisors & Consulting Services team. As a key member of our organization, you will manage a portfolio of projects that drive business growth, enhance customer experiences, and improve operational efficiency. Roles and Responsibilities - Lead complex projects from initiation to benefit realization, ensuring successful outcomes that meet client needs and expectations. - Promote proven project management methodologies and techniques to drive value and improve client satisfaction. - Mitigate risks, solve issues, and ensure plans remain on track with agreed timelines, budgets, and quality criteria. - Identify new business opportunities and communicate them to executives, leading sales calls and client development. - Build and maintain strong relationships with mid-level to senior client stakeholders, assessing client agendas, internal cultures, and change readiness. You will also: - Provide expertise and day-to-day project delivery team leadership. - Support the evolution of solutions with innovation and creativity. - Manage relationships with internal Mastercard leadership and stakeholders. - Effectively leverage subject matter experts to develop best customized solutions. - Provide on-the-job training, coaching, and mentorship to junior team members. Qualifications To succeed in this role, you will need: - An undergraduate degree with work experience in project management and change management methodologies and techniques. - 6+ years of Project Management experience, preferably in financial institutions, payments, or consultancies. - Experience coaching and managing teams across multiple projects and/or engagements with third parties. - Ability to manage projects spanning multiple teams and integrations. - In-depth knowledge of agile methodologies and their application. - Knowledge of business KPIs, financials, and organizational leadership. - Logical, structured thinking and advanced Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills. - Ability to communicate effectively in English and local office language (if applicable). Preferred Qualifications We welcome candidates with: - Experience leading development and implementation of solutions and measuring impact on clients' business. - Completed or interested in pursuing recognized professional accreditation, such as Project Management Professional (PMP). - Knowledge of Project Management tools. - Exposure to payments and/or retail banking or merchants. - Experience generating new knowledge or creating innovative solutions for a firm. - MBA or master's degree with relevant specialization.
