Join us.- Working at Novo Nordisk is never just a job, it is an opportunity to have a life-changing career - you grow professionally.**The Position** - As Novo Nordisk grows fast and accumulates more data than ever before, a Data Partner/Architect is needed to play a critical role in planning and designing robust data models that can process and store complex data sets efficiently.- Design data architecture optimized for business and responsible for implementation and operation with data engineer support, by understanding both data and business requirements deeply.**Activities and Responsibilities** - Act as Data Architect and owns the vision of Data Modelling area and best practices - Develop and implement a data strategy that aligns with the overall business goals - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software developers, data analysts, and business stakeholders, to understand their data needs and provide solutions and ensure we have a common flexible data model/data assets - Facilitate compliance on data regulations **Required Qualifications** - Bachelor's degree in IT/Computer Science or related - Fluent in oral and written English and Spanish - Minimum 5 years of experience in IT platform implementation in a technical and analytical role, working with Data governance, SQL technologies and developing software code in one or more programming languages - Minimum 5 years of experience with Data Warehousing and Data Modelling - Ability to think strategically about business.
