Position Objective: Facilitate the sales process by qualifying prospects, researching their needs and presenting customized solutions, contributing to customer growth and satisfaction in the BPO industry. Main responsibilities: Prospecting: Make cold calls to prospects to identify new sales opportunities. Lead qualification: Evaluating the suitability of prospects for the services offered, ensuring they are a good fit for the company's products/services. Sales Closing: Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to close, ensuring that established sales goals are met. Follow-up: Send follow-up emails to leads, effectively manage all inquiries, and ensure timely responses. CRM: Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions in the CRM system, ensuring proper follow-up and constant updating of the database. Service Presentation: Prepare and deliver presentations of the company's service portfolio, highlighting customized solutions to meet each client's needs. Meeting Management: Coordinate and schedule meetings with potential clients to discuss their needs and present our solutions. Full Sales Cycle: Support the entire sales process, from prospecting to final conversion, ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Stay current: Stay current on the company's products/services to provide customers with the most current and relevant information. Requirements: At least 2 years of sales or customer service experience, preferably in the BPO or services industry. Languages: Advanced C1 level English (spoken and written). Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Organizational and time management skills.
