Job Description We seek to develop the air product in the marketplace by focusing on Operations, Finances, Sales, People, Systems, and Culture, in accordance with company policies and procedures. Tasks and Duties Support the product by verifying local charges and agreement quotes to minimize branch losses. Gain thorough knowledge of the air product, including Breakbulk, Gateway, and Pricing. Organize and support team meetings to discuss market intelligence and delegate workloads. Participate actively in transitioning new business and updating existing accounts. Increase department revenue aligned with district targets and management expectations. Assist with internal financial reports to ensure accurate financial accounting. Maintain positive relationships with the Trade Compliance Manager and support compliance training. Implement and suggest improvements for system changes and processes. Support goal setting and development monitoring for staff. Qualifications Strong interpersonal skills, including listening, comprehension, and clear communication. Proactive with excellent organizational skills. Ability to work independently and take initiative.
