About this role: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Contract Administrator to play a pivotal role in supporting our company's rapid growth. This position is integral to the sales process, acting as a liaison and subject matter expert between multiple departments, including accounting, finance, professional services, sales enablement, legal, and sales operations. Key Responsibilities - Deal Structuring: Provide expert advice and guidance to sales teams on pricing, product configuration, and commercial terms for non-standard deals. - Deal Review: Scrutinize all non-standard deals to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to internal policies, legal requirements, and revenue recognition guidelines. - Contract Management: Oversee contract lifecycle management, including drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and executing contracts. - Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, legal, finance, and accounting teams to resolve complex contract issues and facilitate deal closure. Requirements - Experience: 2-3 years of experience in a deal desk, finance, contracts, sales operations, or revenue management role. - Industry Knowledge: 2 years of experience in the Software/SaaS industry. - Technical Skills: Proficiency in CPQ tools (Salesforce CPQ preferred). - Sales Acumen: Deep understanding of the sales process and strong business acumen. - Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
