The ability to read, write, and speak the English language is required.* * THE JOB AT A GLANCE* **What You'll Do**: - Research clinic license requirements of the issuing authority or agency - Work cross-functionally as needed to meet related deadlines for filing and issuance of required licenses - Manage tasks and communication within internal licensing-management tools **About You** - 2 plus years experience in US healthcare licensing - Strong attention to detail - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (fully bilingual) - Must be able to work with diverse health care and administrative professionals at all levels of the organization. - Must possess excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills, the ability to maintain composure in stressful situations, and the ability to handle changing priorities - Ability to exercise significant patience, understanding, and empathy when necessary, recommend solutions tactfully and professionally, and maintain the integrity of confidential information.
