Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Project Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Project Manager, you will be responsible for effectively delivering a range of tasks to a high-quality standard and assisting on a wide range of projects of all sizes and dimensions. Main Responsibilities: - Handle commissions of varying sizes, depending upon the complexity of the project. - Work as part of a larger team or as the key day-to-day contact point with the client. - Help establish the overall success criteria for the project, including time, cost, technical and performance parameters, project governance, project planning, processes, and systems to be utilized throughout the project. - Monitor and control the project by applying performance management techniques and managing change control upon project finances. - Read and understand documents defining the project, including agreements, work letters, project charters, surveys, budgets, schedules, and drawings. - Prepare project status reports, process purchase orders, update tracking reports, and maintain files for due diligence and financials. - Manage multiple timelines and projects simultaneously, setting priorities, and working with little or no direct supervision. - Manage project correspondence (Meetings, Reports, Memos, etc.) to facilitate, maintain, and track. Requirements: - Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field. - A minimum of 2 years' experience working in similar roles. - Proficiency in managing multiple timelines and projects simultaneously, setting priorities, and working with little or no direct supervision. - Fluent in Spanish and English. - Experience in software packages such as Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
