Create and monitor our marketing campaigns across all channels and communicating goals and results to other teams. - Build scalable communication channels and automatic campaigns to help the company improve its performance in our platform via internal and external channels. - Help leadership to define and position our brand; refine our communications and thought leadership efforts to further establish our position in the industry and increase brand awareness to build top of the funnel pipeline. Develop clear positioning and messaging around our key products and features. - Devise monthly, quarterly, and annual marketing targets based on company goals, and drive initiatives to hit those targets. - Develop, manage, and implement a marketing budget to support growth objectives. Partner with the Recruiting and HR teams to develop marketing materials aimed at scaling the organization quickly with best-in-class talent. - Focus on building out the marketing team and driving their new hire experience, orientation, and onboarding into full production; and then further developing the team as they progress in their careers. - Knowledge of key elements of digital marketing campaigns including paid media, conversion rate optimization, social media marketing, and Google analytics. - Proven ability to take initiative and achieve results. - Detail-oriented; practices good judgment in decision making. - Self-motivated; ability to operate under solid pressure and meet tight deadlines. - Process-oriented mindset; a demonstrated ability to develop and improve a process to execute on marketing initiatives at speed and scale. - Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, including prioritization and trade - off decisions grounded in reason, facts, and data. - Strong cross-functional communicator, able to work across marketing, product, and. - High attention to detail and accuracy in a high-pressure environment. - Knowledge of Inbound Marketing processes and information systems (relationship, loyalty, customer service, voice of the customer, contact center). - Knowledge in systems (HubSpot (CRM & Marketing - Tableau / Power BI). - Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field. - Five (5) years of experience in Marketing. - Have successfully built, mentored, motivated, and retained a high-tech marketing team. - ENGLISH: Bilingual minimum C1. - Experience in: Startups, logistics, transportation, B2B, retail, e-commerce, scaleups. - Experience with logistics & transportation content and distilling information in a usable form i.e., website, videos, sales materials, etc. Ability to productize the company’s playbook and culture.
