Position Summary: The Senior Salesforce Developer designs, codes, and implements customized Salesforce solutions to meet the evolving needs of the company. The candidate should be capable of continually improving and enhancing our Salesforce platform, keeping the organization’s best interests in mind when deploying code. The Salesforce Specialist will own all programmatic requests, collaborate with the Salesforce Product Owner on specifications, validate proposals, and deliver solutions. Responsibilities: Collaborate with the Salesforce Product Owner to validate business requirements, considering security, scalability, and limits. Develop customized solutions within Salesforce in coordination with the Development and BI teams. Test application stability and functionality. Troubleshoot and resolve bugs. Develop Apex classes, triggers, and Lightning Components to support business needs. Assist with release cycles to deploy updates and new applications. Follow coding best practices and maintain data quality. Use Salesforce APIs for system integrations. Maintain code documentation and write test classes for custom development. Own release cycles for deployments. Minimum Qualifications: At least 5 years of Salesforce development experience and Salesforce product knowledge. Proficient in Relational Databases (preferably MS SQL Server) and Apex. Experience with Microsoft Visual Studio, Salesforce Lightning Design System, and development lifecycle. Certified Salesforce Platform Developer I. Knowledge of other languages/development (e.g., .NET Core, JavaScript, RESTful services). Effective communication and collaboration skills. Experience developing customer-facing interfaces. Ability to work independently and solve high-level software issues. Experience with Apex, Visualforce, Java, and working with large data sets. Ability to gather requirements and present solutions. Experience with cloud environments, preferably AWS with serverless technologies. Preferred Qualifications: Additional Salesforce certifications (e.g., Administrator, Platform App Builder, Platform Developer II, JavaScript Developer). Relevant degrees or professional experience.
