On behalf of Geraci LLP, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Administrator to join our team. This dual-role position will provide dedicated executive support to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) while assisting the broader marketing department with administrative and operational tasks. **Benefits**: - Competitive salary **($750/month)**: - Strong support system - Salary increase starting in your first year of employment (based on performance) - Health benefit ($30/month) - No computer activity monitoring - Training materials for upskilling provided - Paid holiday leaves (depending on the holidays that the client observes) - Paid sick leaves (sick leave convertible to cash if perfect attendance) - Paid planned leaves - Internet Allowance ($25/month) **Key Responsibilities** - **Executive Support to the CMO**: - Manage and maintain the CMO’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. - Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications on behalf of the CMO. - Prepare, organize, and proofread documents, presentations, and reports. - Provide personal administrative support as needed to enhance the CMO’s productivity. - Handle ad hoc executive tasks and projects to support the CMO’s efficiency. - **Marketing Operations Support**: - Perform accurate data entry and maintain records within marketing platforms and databases. - Assist with booking travel and creating itineraries for the marketing team. - Handle day-to-day administrative tasks, including invoice filing, expense reporting, and data retrieval. - Order and manage office supplies for the department. - Support the coordination and logistics of marketing campaigns, events, and initiatives. - Assist with ad hoc marketing operations and cross-functional projects. - **Team & Communication Coordination**: - Coordinate and schedule team meetings, ensuring agendas, resources, and materials are prepared. - Facilitate internal communication between the CMO, marketing staff, and other departments. - Ensure smooth information flow and timely follow-ups on pending items.. **Requirements**: - Minimum of 3 years in administrative roles, ideally supporting marketing or senior executives. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel expertise strongly preferred). - Familiarity with platforms such as HubSpot (for tracking) and Canva (for basic administrative use, not design). - Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. - Strong interpersonal and written communication skills. - Proactive, resourceful, and dependable with flexibility to manage ad hoc requests and shifting priorities. **Working Hours**: Full Time (40 hours per week) Monday through Friday 8 AM - 5 PM Pacific Time **About Us**:MOVE Your Business** is an outsourcing company based in Southern California, dedicated to empowering both businesses and professionals.
