Job Title: Specialist, Partner Success Job Description The Partner Specialist is responsible for effectively enabling the sales process for a client’s products and services within an assigned territory or client base. The role focuses on managing relationships with key channel partners and supporting the sales team to drive channel sales growth. Improve customer retention and revenue growth for an established customer base while providing accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales forecasts. Achieve defined metrics by promoting the sale of products and services to a portfolio of strategic channel engagement partners. Conduct monthly and quarterly consultative reviews and health checks to analyze customer needs. Create talk tracks related to customer health and use predictive data to identify 'at-risk' customers. Maintain overall health of the channel, ensuring high satisfaction levels, and use feedback to make continuous improvements. Manage all channel escalations, coordinate timely resolutions, and communicate effectively with clients and internal teams. Guide calls with channel partners to share best practices, promote channel programs, and identify strategic growth opportunities. Create and deliver training to the sales team, sharing insights and promoting the benefits of products. Manage a high volume of customer contacts via phone and email daily. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and management to improve sales processes and customer experience. Maintain high standards of CRM data hygiene to ensure accurate and relevant data capture. Potentially attend vendor events to promote products and build relationships.
