Position includes Project/program management and coordination of the day-to-day activities in the AMERICAS Transformation Management Office (TMO), providing guidance to the different stakeholders on TMO policies and processes, overseeing project/transition management staff, and collaborating with other ZB department / functional, leaders, while providing technical support to project teams. How You'll Create Impact Serve as the secondary point of contact for all Project Management related inquiries. Coordinate the execution of the AMERICAS GBS Program status, reporting, budgeting and meetings Drive accountability against operational plans across key stakeholders and process owners Accurately document the Projects’ creation, development, and execution as well as document the Program's scope, budget, and justification Draft/propose new and improve existing PMO policies, processes & templates Coordinate process transitions and timelines according to Program goals Monitor key operational metrics Produce customer-ready presentations, collaterals and other deliverables as needed Work consistently with international partners both inside and outside the organization to improve effectiveness Build relationships with all stakeholders and manage expectations on a day-to-day basis Report to the Regional PMO all issues, risks and possible transition delays Direct reporting into the AMER PMO Regional Associate Director. What Makes You Stand Out Fluent in English, both in written and oral communication Working knowledge of primary business drivers, benefits, costs, and approaches for standing up GBS and/or Shared Services organizations Demonstrated experience in project management including project definition, planning, scheduling, tracking milestones, risk management and mitigation Experience working in an organization with complex infrastructure, applications and procedures in a cross-functional team environment Good strategic thinking and creative problem-solving skills High attention to detail in analytics, presentations (primarily PowerPoint) and communication; including logical structuring of written communications Excellent Microsoft Office skills (PowerPoint, Word and Excel) Ability to carry out multiple tasks at the same time Ability to work accurately and under pressure Ability to work with some supervision Your Background A Bachelor's degree in Business, Administration, or a related field A minimum of one years' experience in the industry in fast-faced, analytical, and project-based roles; preferably in professional services, or large multi-national organization Proven project management experience Experience with smartsheet is a plus Experience in GBS/BPO / work redistribution will be preferred.
