Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute the marketing strategy to ensure product development: - Design Brand Plan and Long-term 5-year plan. - Create and implement the brand strategy and product positioning. - Execute the brand plan's activities. - Comply with sales and investment guidelines. - Analyze market data to identify business opportunities. - Support field work for the sales force. - Develop communication and promotion campaigns. - Establish and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs). - Reinforce synergies across all sales representatives, commercial and access teams. - Coordinate logistics to enable pre-launch products sourcing and delivery to the market in cooperation with the logistics area. - Provide technical expertise, training, and motivation to the field force on products and clients requiring it. - Manage relationships with local support and communication agencies. - Manage relationships with opinion leaders and associations to support the product. - Identify and analyze local customer needs and market opportunities. - Organize cycle meetings to align Marketing strategies with the sales force. - Marketing tools elaboration, coordination, and maximization: - Promotional material creation. - Active participation in marketing tool and promotion trainings. - Congress and Events organization coordination. - Compliance with Colombia Legislation, Nuvance Health Code of Conduct, and Global Directive on Interactions with Healthcare Professionals and Organizations: Security and Health at Work: - Participate in updating identification of dangers, evaluations, and risk assessment. - Contribute to building and executing action plans. - Promote employee understanding of policies. - Inform about needs of training and learning in HSE. - Participate in incident investigations and work accidents. - Participate in security inspections. Knowledge, Abilities & Experience: - BA Degree in medicine, business administration, industrial engineering, marketing, or similar fields. - Master's degree is desired. - Prefer Bachelor's degree in Marketing. - Previous experience in Pharmaceutical Industry as a product manager of high specialty products. - Preferred: broad understanding of Oncology. - Fluent in Spanish and English.
