We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Recruiter to join our team. This role is essential in supporting our talent acquisition efforts, with a strong focus on driver recruitment and internal hiring across various departments. Key responsabilities: - Driver Recruitment: Source, screen, and hire CDL and non-CDL drivers, ensuring full compliance with DOT and company standards. - Internal Hiring: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for roles in sales, customer service, dispatch, and administration. - Pipeline Management: Proactively build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through job boards, social media, referrals, and cold outreach. - Interview Coordination: Conduct initial phone screens and schedule interviews with hiring managers. - Process Ownership: Handle job postings, applicant tracking, interview feedback, and preparation of offer letters. - Compliance & Documentation: Maintain accurate and organized records for all candidates, ensuring adherence to regulatory and internal hiring policies. - Onboarding Support: Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth transition from offer acceptance to start date. Qualifications - 1+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in logistics, transportation, or high-volume hiring environments. - Experience recruiting both blue-collar (drivers) and white-collar (office/admin) talent. - Strong understanding of DOT regulations and driver qualification files is a plus. - Excellent communication and organizational skills. - Comfortable in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
