As SAP Delivery Manager at EY, you will manage a wide range of interesting and exciting projects to drive our clients' technology agenda, interacting with EY team members, clients and high-level stakeholders. **Your main responsibilities** Operational Management - Be responsible for the execution of projects, from kick-off to closing. - Ensure proper execution in terms of quality, profitability and customer satisfaction. - Properly manage the work teams - Manage and make sales in clients where we are operating (up selling). - People Management - Maintain motivated work teams, both commercial and operative. - Be a people coach. Commercial management - Identification of key customers. - Identification of opportunities. - Development and management of customer relationships. - Management of commercial offers, defining the solution and managing the team that will prepare the response. - Follow-up of pipeline opportunities - Define pricing strategies - Project effort estimation - Perform proposal validation and approval processes. **Skills and attributes for success** - Excellent project management skills, including budget, benefits, schedule and team management - Strong analytical, problem solving and negotiation skills - Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels of an organization - Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects at once - Demonstrated customer focus by evaluating decisions from the customer's perspective; establish strong customer relationships and partner well to help meet customer needs **To qualify for the role you must have** - SAP, S4. (1 FI, 1 SD, 1MM), with 7 to 10 years of SAP experience. - 7 to 10 years’ experience managing SAP projects or other solutions (Oracle, SalesForce). - 5 years’ experience in commercial management. - Advanced English skills **What we look for** We are interested in self-motivated individuals who can function easily in a high-demand, high-performance environment.
