Job Summary This role involves managing the operational and financial performance of leasehold assets, ensuring accurate maintenance, financial optimization, and compliance throughout their lifecycle. Key Responsibilities 1. Managing telecom lease agreements across Colombia, including rooftop sites, tower ground leases, and shared infrastructure locations. 2. Monitoring lease renewals, rent reviews, CPI-linked rent escalations, and commercial provisions in line with contract terms and market benchmarks. 3. Maintaining our asset management database, ensuring accurate data on lease terms, payment schedules, site access rights, technical upgrades, and network changes. 4. Liaising with the legal team on issuance of notices, contract extensions, and local property regulations. 5. Coordinating rent invoicing and collections with the finance team and resolving payment discrepancies. 6. Managing site access requests from operators, ensuring appropriate permissions, documentation, and operational protocols. 7. Supporting portfolio-wide reporting and asset performance tracking using internal systems and dashboards. 8. Coordinating with acquisition and technical teams to assess commercial implications of network changes. Your Skills and Experience This role requires someone organized, detail-oriented, with experience in property, estate, or fixed asset management, preferably in a fast-paced or regulated industry. - You take ownership of your work, manage tasks independently, and bring a proactive mindset to solving problems. - You're confident handling lease documents and commercial agreements with accuracy and care. - You have strong organizational skills and solid IT proficiency (e.g., databases, spreadsheets, internal systems). - You're curious and willing to deepen your knowledge of technical, legal, or contractual telecom matters. - Fluency in Spanish is essential for this role, with proficiency in English also required.
