**The Role**: The Folklore is seeking a Sales Account Executive to source and close sales deals for prospective brand members. This individual will aid in executing the company's brand membership growth strategy, through building pipeline, hosting sales calls, and onboarding members. This is an opportunity to join at the ground level and work closely with management to develop a barrier-breaking, world-class company that will change the landscape of how emerging brands can manage and scale their business globally. **Responsibilities** - Prospect, build, and consistently update pipeline of potential customers from South America - Field inbound sales demo requests - Host demo sales calls to pitch the value of membership and convert prospects into customers - Attend in person trade shows, conferences, and other events to prospect and pitch brands - Lead onboarding brand after closing deal and assist with any questions that come up during the onboarding process. - Consistently track and log KPIs and consistently monitor progress of your goals and share reports. - Provide detailed training on platform functionality and new feature releases specific to the individual member’s workflow. - Gather feedback from brands and be an advocate for member feature requests, working cross-functionally with our Product team to ensure member satisfaction leading to membership retention. - Collaborate with cross-functional partners in engineering and marketing to stay up to date on product offerings, align on appropriate messaging, feedback, and work on projects. **Who You Are**: - A strong leader that acts, works well independently, and adapts when necessary. - Excellent communication skills with a continuous learning mindset and bias for action. - Extremely well organized with a high attention to detail - Work well under pressure and can manage multiple priorities - A collaborative team player with a passion for cross-functional alignment. - A creative problem-solver who excels at identifying simple solutions to complex problems. - Relentlessly resourceful, able to execute tasks with limited information and ambiguity. - Highly adaptable to a fast-paced startup environment requiring quick decision-making. - Highly accurate and organized, with the ability to quickly learn new software. - Proficient in both English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate fluently and effectively in both languages. **Must Have**: - Bachelor’s degree - Minimum of 5 years full time B2B SMB sales experience - Experience using CRM systems like Zendesk, Pipedrive, etc. - 2 years of startup or small business experience - Strong time management skills; motivated and efficient - Excellent written and oral communication skills **Education**: - Bachelor's (required) **Experience**: - Sales: 5 years (required) **Language**: - English (required) - Spanish (preferred) **Language**: - English (required) - Spanish (preferred)
