Financial Data Analyst Position This role involves high-level financial data analysis, reconciliation preparation, and internal control adherence. About the Role: - Support senior management in implementing timely and accurate financial projects. - Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for review. - Ensure LATAM countries meet local year-end requirements. - Lead internal and external audits for LATAM regions. - Develop and implement policies, procedures, and internal controls. - Collaborate with Finance, OPS, and HR to improve accounting efficiency and interfaces. - Reconcile expenses, revenue, variances, and balance sheet accounts for LATAM. - Implement pre-closing and closing activities for timely results. - Suggest process improvements and automation opportunities. - Provide meaningful reports and analysis for managed projects. - Coordinate accounting functions in other countries.
