Job Description The LCS Cyber Security Coordinator will lead cybersecurity compliance efforts across LCS to ensure adherence to cybersecurity standards, as applicable, such as DwS (Deliver-with-Security), IEC 62443, ISO 27001, NIS2 and other security standards as they evolve and are announced going forward. Reporting to the LCS Quality & Compliance Manager (Security Leader of Lifecycle Services), the Cyber Security Coordinator will functionally ("dotted-line") lead a team of Cyber Security Leads within the LCS businesses, who are responsible for the security program within their respective business groups. (Note: This position is related to cybersecurity only. For ease of reading below we use the term "security" in some cases instead) Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with the Office of Product Safety and Security (OPSS) and other security stakeholders on security requirements for the business on regular basis, to fully understand the requirements and ensure the business remains in compliance. Ensure that all requirements are documented on business applicability, impact, risk, effort to implement. To ensure we are balancing compliance to security standards with our business objectives and readiness. Lead the response and actions to mitigate identified security risks impacting the business, which may originate from multiple sources including our teams, vendors, customers, and partners. Facilitate the rollout, training and execution of security programs across LCS in coordination with the Office of Product Safety and Security (OPSS). Ensure regular communication to the LCS Quality & Compliance Manager and other LCS Leaders to ensure leadership awareness of the compliance status, risks, mitigation plans, etc. This includes driving resource and other investment needs to support compliance to all security program requirements. Functionally ("dotted-line") lead a team of Cyber Security Leads in prioritizing and executing key security programs to drive continuous improvement in the of security for the business and its offerings. Collaborate on development of specific implementation guidance for security program requirements to drive consistency and efficiency of execution for delivering offerings, and fully understand the business impact of these requirements.
