Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced to join our finance team at the Sheraton Imperial Kuala Lumpur Hotel. The successful candidate will play a vital role in maintaining the accuracy and efficiency of our accounting operations, ensuring seamless execution of day-to-day activities and contributing to the overall success of our hotel. Main Responsibilities: - Support the preparation and review of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. - Assist in the implementation of financial policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls. - Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to management, identifying areas for improvement and optimizing business performance. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic initiatives, driving business growth and profitability. - Manage and maintain accurate records, including financial ledgers, journals, and other accounting documents. Key Qualifications: - 4-year bachelor's degree in Finance and Accounting or a related field. - Proven experience in accounting operations, preferably in a hospitality or service industry setting. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders. - Proficiency in financial software and systems, including accounting packages and spreadsheets.
