Position Overview: Kiwibot is seeking astrategic, hands-on Head of HR / Director of Human Resources tolead our people strategy and build a dynamic and inclusive companyculture that supports our rapid growth. The ideal candidate willhave extensive experience in HR leadership, including talentmanagement, organizational development, employee engagement, andculture building, particularly in a fast-paced, high-growth,publicly traded company environment. This role will report directlyto the CEO and will work closely with the executive leadership teamto develop and execute HR strategies that align with business goalsand foster a high-performance culture. Key Responsibilities: - HRStrategy & Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive HRstrategy aligned with Kiwibot’s mission, vision, and businessobjectives. Lead the HR function with a focus on organizationaleffectiveness, talent acquisition, retention, and employeedevelopment. - Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning: Overseethe full-cycle recruitment process to attract and retain toptalent. Build and scale recruitment strategies to meet the evolvingneeds of a growing, publicly traded tech company. - EmployeeEngagement & Retention: Foster a culture of engagement,accountability, and high performance. Develop initiatives toincrease employee satisfaction, morale, and retention. -Compensation & Benefits: Lead the design and implementation ofcompetitive compensation and benefits programs that attract toptalent while aligning with company goals and values. Ensurecompliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. -Leadership Development & Succession Planning: Develop andimplement leadership development programs to identify and cultivatefuture leaders. Create succession plans to ensure businesscontinuity and minimize talent gaps. - Organizational Development& Change Management: Support organizational developmentinitiatives, driving effective change management strategies toensure smooth transitions during growth and change. - Compliance& Risk Management: Ensure that all HR policies, practices, andprograms comply with federal, state, and local labor laws. Managerisk related to employment law, employee relations, and HRcompliance. - Employee Relations & Conflict Resolution: Provideguidance and support for resolving employee relations issues andconflicts. Foster an open, transparent environment where employeesfeel valued and heard. - HR Technology & Analytics: Leverage HRtechnologies (HRIS, performance management systems, etc.) tostreamline processes, improve data-driven decision-making, andenhance the employee experience. - Diversity, Equity &Inclusion;: Champion Kiwibot’s commitment to diversity, equity, andinclusion by promoting a culture of belonging and ensuringdiversity is embedded in all HR processes and initiatives. -Collaboration with Leadership: Partner with the executive team tosupport company goals and build an organizational structure that isscalable and responsive to changing business needs. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, ora related field (Master’s degree or HR certification such asSHRM-SCP, SPHR preferred). - At least 10 years of progressive HRexperience, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior HR leadershiprole, ideally in a publicly traded, high-growth technology company. - Extensive experience in all HR disciplines, including talentacquisition, employee engagement, compensation and benefits,performance management, employee relations, and organizationaldevelopment. - Proven experience managing HR functions in apublicly traded company, with strong knowledge of SEC regulations,compensation practices, and compliance requirements. - Strongbusiness acumen and the ability to align HR strategy with thecompany's business goals and culture. - Expertise in building andmaintaining a positive company culture while managingorganizational change. - Strong leadership and people managementskills, with a demonstrated ability to mentor and develop ahigh-performing HR team. - Excellent communication, negotiation,and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence andcollaborate effectively with all levels of the organization. -Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and rapidly growingorganization while maintaining a focus on both operationalefficiency and employee satisfaction. - Experience with HRtechnologies and analytics tools (e.g., Workday, BambooHR, ADP,etc.). Preferred Skills: - Experience in the robotics, autonomoustechnology, or tech startup industries. - Proven experience inscaling HR functions during periods of rapid growth. - Experiencedriving DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) initiatives andpromoting diverse hiring practices.
