Title and Summary Specialist, HR Services Please note: As Mastercard is a global company, we sometimes have team members from outside of the location listed on this posting reviewing submitted applications. Please attach a copy of your resume in English to expedite the screening process. Overview Professionally, efficiently, and accurately respond to HR inquiries across various functional areas. Responses must be timely and demonstrate a high level of customer service in accordance with established Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Topics include: resourcing and recruitment, visa issuance and renewal (residence and business-related), employee relations, rewards, internal transfers/mobility, performance management, recognition (rewards/promotion), payroll, benefits, and terminations. Escalate complex cases to Tier 2 or subject matter experts (SMEs) with complete documentation, and follow through until resolution. Role - Resolve complex HR inquiries and collaborate with HRIS team for preventative solutions. - Complete special projects as needed. - Interact with internal teams to gather information and manage work to completion. - Support transaction processing for organization changes, international assignments, etc. - Train new HR Tier 1 staff and support team members. - Provide technical support through research, analysis, and resolution. - Ensure audit compliance and manage confidential data per HIPAA and Mastercard policies. - Identify and implement process improvements. - Develop knowledge base and user documentation. - Collaborate with HR teams across regions to ensure effective support. All About You - Fluent in English (verbal and written). - Experience managing multiple tasks in related fields. - Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. - Knowledge of HR concepts and terminology. - Customer service focus. - High accuracy and attention to detail. - Ability to work in a dynamic, high-volume environment. - Team-oriented and professional demeanor. - Self-motivated with strong organizational skills. - Excellent communication skills and MS Office proficiency; Workday experience is a plus.
