Check out our TNC Talent playlist on YouTube on Glassdoor. **YOUR POSITION WITH TNC**: The Operations Program Analyst will work as part of a team within a business unit coordinating tasks related to one or more functional activities, such as operations support, procurement, meetings management, budget management and special events (workshops and events) in support of the Ecosystem-based Adaptation for Regenerative Ranching and Agriculture (EbA-R2A) Regional Program and country projects in Colombia, Ecuador, Peru, Argentina, Paraguay. **ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS**: **RESPONSIBILITIES AND SCOPE**: - Coordinates strategic operational and administrative priorities for the EbA-R2A Regional Program in conjunction with the Program Manager, Deputy Program Manager and the Senior Grants Associate - Coordinates in-country operational logistics for in-person and special events (salon rental, catering, equipment, translation services) for the EbA-R2A regional program - Coordinates in-country travel operational logistics of in-person meetings and special events (flights, transportation, lodging) for the EbA-R2A regional program - Designs a process for financial and vendor management to ensure compliance of donor requirements with the Grants team for the Project. - Drafts contracts, publishes terms of reference and documents selection process and submits payments and amendments - Support publishing, coordinating and managing interviews for Program positions and ensure compliance with time charging amonst staff - Coordinate with Grants Associate on EbA-R2A project Budget and Funds Execution and organize quarterly financial review - Coordinate timely responses with Project Staff and Grants Associate around semiannual financial reports - Manages and maintains electronic shared files and folders (BOX) - Perform duties under general supervision and established guidelines; - Make day-to-day decisions within the scope of work assignments and prioritize work independently; - Demonstrate sensitivity in handling confidential information; - Does not supervise any staff, but may supervise volunteers, interns, or temporary staff; - Financial responsibility may include purchasing, processing invoices, contracting with vendors, and assisting with budget tracking; - Work environment involves only infrequent exposure to disagreeable elements and minor physical exertion and/or strain **MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS**: - Bachelor’s degree in related field, with either nonprofit or conservation experience and a minimum of 3-years of experience or equivalent combination; - Experience in business writing, editing, and proofreading; - Experience organizing time and managing diverse activities to meet deadlines; - Experience performing one or more administrative processes; and - Experience working and communicating with a wide range of people. - Must provide proof of full vaccination from COVID-19. **DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS** - Multi-lingual skills and multi-cultural or cross-cultural experiences are appreciated; Spanish and English - Ability to analyze information for the purpose of preparing reports, coordinating activities, and solving problems; - Ability to write and edit written materials for use with program communications and special events; - Database skills, including managing and tracking data, and producing reports; - Excellent customer service skills and focus; - Experience, coursework, or other training in relevant field; and/or - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail **WHAT WE BRING**: The Nature Conservancy offers a competitive, comprehensive benefits package including health care benefits, flexible spending accounts, 401(k) plan to include employer match, parental leave, accrued paid time off, life insurance, disability coverage, employee assistance program, other life and work well-being benefits.
