We are looking for a dynamic and bilingual Training Manager to lead the development of our customer service agents across multiple campaigns. This person will play a key role in shaping our training strategy, ensuring that every team member is equipped to deliver high-quality, consistent, and empathetic support to our clients. Key Responsibilities Design, implement, and continuously improve training programs for new hires and existing agents (customer service, technical support, sales, etc.). Collaborate with operations, quality assurance, and HR teams to identify performance gaps and training needs. Lead onboarding and nesting programs, ensuring a smooth ramp-up process for bilingual agents. Deliver live and virtual training sessions in both English and Spanish. Monitor training effectiveness using KPIs, assessments, and feedback loops. Develop a team of trainers and support their performance through coaching and development. Ensure alignment between client expectations and internal training delivery. Create and maintain training materials, SOPs, and knowledge base content. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Communications, or a related field. 3+ years of experience as a Training Manager or Senior Trainer in a contact center environment. Fully bilingual in English and Spanish (C1 or higher in both languages). Strong understanding of call center metrics, quality assurance, and customer experience standards. Proficiency in using Learning Management Systems (LMS), call center tools, and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent communication, facilitation, and leadership skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience with international accounts and multicultural teams. Certification in instructional design, coaching, or learning and development. Familiarity with CRM platforms and cloud-based contact center technologies.
