Your Mission Your goal is to turn social media into a lead generation engine by creating high-performing content that attracts and converts the right audience into Blum applicants. What You'll Do Content Strategy & Trend Analysis Research trends, viral formats, and best practices across Instagram (mainly) , LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms. Develop and maintain a content calendar aligned with Blum’s audience and goals. Continuously experiment with new content formats and strategies to optimize engagement and conversions. Content Creation & Management Write compelling copies for posts, captions, and social ads. Edit videos recorded by the founder to ensure they are polished, engaging, and optimized for social media. Design eye-catching visuals for posts using Canva, Figma, or other tools. Schedule and post content, primarily on Instagram and LinkedIn . Performance Tracking & Optimization Track and analyze post engagement, reach, and conversion data to understand what works. Identify patterns and insights to refine content strategy and maximize quality lead generation. Adjust strategy based on data, testing, and audience behavior to continuously improve results. Who You Are Creative & Trend-Savvy – You love social media and are always up to date with the latest trends, formats, and viral strategies. Data-Driven & Analytical – You don’t just post; you analyze what works and why to improve performance. Process-Oriented & Fast-Moving – You can juggle multiple tasks, stay organized, and move fast. Skilled in Video Editing & Design – You know how to edit short-form videos (for Reels, Stories, LinkedIn, etc.) and create basic graphics . A Natural Experimenter – You thrive in an environment where you test new ideas, learn from results , and optimize for impact. What You’ll Own The number of quality leads applying to Blum through social media. The performance of our content (engagement, reach, conversions). The refinement of our content strategy based on data and experimentation. Must-Have Skills & Experience Proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content creation. Strong copywriting skills with the ability to craft compelling, conversion-focused messages. Experience in video editing (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar tools). Basic design skills (Canva, Figma, or Photoshop). Comfortable with data analysis – you can track performance and draw insights to improve results.
