Job Specification Duties : Work directly with the LATAM Business Education training team to activate and deliver instructor-led training (virtual and in-person training) across the region, with a special focus in the LATAM market. The goal of the training is to educate agencies, partners and advertisers on how to better use our platforms and tools in the media planning & buying process. Deliver trainings (in-person and virtual) on a regular basis to diverse audiences, from beginners (e.g. small businesses) to advanced level (e.g. agencies, medium-to-large advertisers) - with a focus on Client's Branding & Performance Marketing solutions, especially inColombia, but also in different markets. Maintain an excellent base of the company’s solutions knowledge and act as a training resource within sessions to deliver education to external stakeholders. Continually work to ensure all training materials are consistent, up to date and in line with larger training goals and initiatives within the global team. Support cross-functional partners on training and education initiatives and align to the goals of global team. Translate / review the education content in Spanish, as and when necessary. Suggest new courses/programs additions to the current training curriculum to reflect market needs. Research on relevant training opportunities in the market. Be part of Business Education Training teams and work with cross functional teams to ensure transparent communication on training schedules. Communicate training schedules and programs to internal and external stakeholders. Skills Minimum Qualifications : Fluency in Spanish Fluency in English Bachelor’s degree Expertise in Digital advertising advanced tools and solutions, specifically the Branding and Performance Marketing (Direct Response) suite of products Digital Certifications are an added advantage. Knowledge of digital marketing, advertising terms and internal workings of agencies Experience and deep knowledge of the LATAM advertising industry Training delivery experience Problem solving skills Other LATAM languages are a plus Education Bachelor's degree Location Bogota, Colombia #J-18808-Ljbffr
