We are seeking an experienced Remote Recruitment Manager to lead our global talent acquisition efforts. In this role, you will develop and execute recruitment strategies, manage a team of recruiters, and ensure a seamless candidate experience. This position is perfect for someone with a passion for people, a keen eye for talent, and a knack for building high-performance teams.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent globally.Manage a team of recruiters, providing mentorship and performance feedback.Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs and refine job descriptions.Use data-driven insights to optimize hiring processes and reduce time-to-hire.Build and maintain strong pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill roles.Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience from application to onboarding.Stay current on industry trends, compensation benchmarks, and talent acquisition best practices.Utilize recruitment tools and platforms to track progress and report metrics to leadership.Requirements:5+ years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.Proven success in remote or global recruitment.Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.Strong knowledge of recruitment metrics, sourcing strategies, and candidate assessment.Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.SALARY: To Be DiscussedWork Schedule: 40 Hrs a week / Eastern Time
