You will have opportunities to optimize processes and implement impactful policies. Responsibilities Job Purpose: Deploys and configures systems specific to their expertise. Ensures system health and functionality, completes infrastructure requests promptly, and maintains enterprise solutions supporting business needs. Primary duties will include: Configuring, testing, and deploying mission-critical systems within their scope. Providing escalated support for servers, storage, and applications. Installing, maintaining, and repairing enterprise systems and supporting applications. Performing advanced troubleshooting for server infrastructure and responding to escalated tickets. Following up on tickets and providing regular updates. Managing systems for multiple projects with varying schedules. Collaborating with vendors and internal teams for troubleshooting. Ensuring compliance with warranty and regulatory requirements. Maintaining regular attendance and demonstrating a strong work ethic. Qualifications To qualify, you will need: At least 5 years of experience managing Windows Server systems. Experience in systems administration and design. At least 2 years of VMWare vCenter management experience. Experience with VxRail and Nutanix. Preferred experience with Microsoft Azure deployments, IAAS, PAAS, VMs, Active Directory, automation, monitoring, OMS. Scripting skills in Python, Bash, or PowerShell are a plus. Ability to handle multiple projects, work independently and in teams, and document processes clearly. Understanding of VDI design and maintenance is preferred. Additional skills that stand out: Knowledge of backup technologies, NAS/SAN, VMWare/Citrix XenApp, Netapp, Tintri, Pure Storage, Cisco UCS, Cohesity, and Commvault.
