Additionally, the candidate should possess leadership experience, with at least 3 years in a team lead or technical leadership role, and have excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and guide a team of developers. Responsibilities: - Lead a team of Java developers specializing in either Identity Management (ID) solutions or Payment Systems, depending on the specific project focus. - Design, develop, and optimize scalable, high-performance applications in either the Identity Management or Payment Processing domain. - Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements, scope, and deliverables. - Mentor and coach team members to enhance their technical skills and improve team performance. - Ensure high-quality code delivery by following best practices, coding standards, and conducting thorough code reviews. - Provide constructive feedback and promote continuous improvement in development practices. - Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, regulations, and security protocols (particularly in the Payment Systems domain).
