Our media team plays a key role in delivering results, and we’re looking for a DSP Manager to help lead our programmatic advertising efforts through Walmart DSP via The Trade Desk. About the Role As our DSP Manager, you’ll be responsible for owning, optimizing, and scaling DSP campaigns for our clients using our Trade Desk seat. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure paid media strategies align with broader business goals, managing large budgets and turning data into action. We're Looking for You If... You have hands-on experience managing Walmart DSP campaigns through The Trade Desk. You’ve worked with large advertising budgets and know how to deliver ROI at scale. You understand the nuances of programmatic advertising, and you’re confident with interpreting performance data. You’re strategic, results-driven, and deeply familiar with the digital advertising space. You’re based in India and open to hybrid work from our Bangalore hub. You thrive in fast-moving environments and enjoy working with global, cross-functional teams. Roles and Responsibilities: Campaign Strategy & Execution: Build, launch, and manage DSP campaigns through The Trade Desk, for Walmart.com. Continuously optimize campaigns based on performance metrics, audience insights, and platform capabilities. Budget Management: Own the day-to-day management of large media budgets, ensuring spend efficiency and goal alignment. Identify growth opportunities and reallocation strategies across campaigns. Analytics & Reporting: Monitor KPIs and develop performance reports with actionable insights. Present data-driven recommendations to internal teams and stakeholders. Platform Expertise & Collaboration: Stay current on Walmart DSP and Trade Desk developments, features, and best practices. Collaborate with Account Managers, leadership, and external partners to support client growth strategies and communicate directly with clients. Skills That Will Enable You to Thrive: 1+ years of experience managing programmatic campaigns through The Trade Desk, with Walmart DSP as a strong advantage. Proficiency with advertising analytics and measurement tools. Strong understanding of audience segmentation, retargeting, and bidding strategies. Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills. Analytical mindset with a deep curiosity for performance marketing. Ability to work cross-functionally and meet tight deadlines.
