Job Description: We are seeking a skilled individual to monitor order validation exceptions, resolve issues related to order incompletion or system blocks, and block orders for delivery or billing when necessary. The ideal candidate will have experience in Supply Chain, Order Management, Customer Service, or Order to Cash roles, and strong communication and teamwork skills. - Monitor order validation exceptions to ensure accuracy and processability. - Resolve issues related to order incompletion or system blocks based on business rules (products, customer segments). - Block orders for delivery or billing when necessary and follow up to remove blocks once issues are resolved, liaising with stakeholders (e.g., Distribution). Required Skills and Qualifications: - Experience in Supply Chain, Order Management, Customer Service, or Order to Cash roles. - Strong communication, teamwork, SAP, and Excel proficiency. - Fluent in English; Portuguese is a plus.
