About the Role As a Sales Engineer at bpod, you will provide pre-sales technical support to field sales software teams during the software sales process. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - You will define the overall software solution for customers and make presentations on all aspects of company software products and services. - You will support sales staff in assessing potential application of company software products and services to meet customer needs. - You will prepare detailed product specifications for selling software solutions and services. - You will conduct software customer needs analysis. - You will provide project scoping. - You will coordinate internal specialists and inter-department activities. - You will support sellers in creating demand for software solutions. - You will evolve the Partner Enablement plan by developing and implementing necessary training to ensure success of sales and marketing programs in collaboration with partners. Key Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or Engineering studies. - Minimum 4 years' experience in technology related presales. - In-depth knowledge of Cybersecurity environment. - Proven history working with vendors, wholesalers, partners, System Integrators, Consulting Companies and end users within technology industry. - Strong interpersonal skills including sales, problem solving, and customer service are required. - Ability to deliver high impact presentations leveraging strong technical skills. - Ability to work independently but meet assigned goals and objectives in designated time frames. - Fluency in written and verbal communications in English.
