What You’ll Be Doing: Manage the full recruiting cycle for truck drivers in the U.S. Contact potential driver leads and perform phone interviews Screen applications and follow up with candidates Maintain accurate records of recruitment activity Work closely with U.S.-based client teams to meet staffing goals Experience: Previous experience in recruiting (any field) is a plus, knowledge of the trucking industry is a plus, previous experience in call center is a plus. Location Requirement: Must live in Bogotá and be available for hybrid work Hard Skills: Recruitment and candidate outreach, interviewing and screening techniquesl, accurate documentation and follow-ups. Soft Skills : Strong communicator and confident speaker, comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume setting, self-motivated, organized, and persistent, able to multitask and meet deadlines under pressure.
