While bringing deep understanding of local markets for our customer, the CX organization ensures strong alignment between sales and delivery teams. **What you will learn and contribute to** The Business Development is responsible for a demand generation go-to-market in order or acquire new customers or expanding our footprint in existing accounts with none traditional Nokia’s businesses/portfolio. This position reports to the Head of Business Development for North Latinoamerica/MU Northern Cone. This position has a specific territory scope which is Colombia. The Business Developer is also responsible to identify _White Spots, _segments uncovered and execute a go-to-market in order to position and gain market share. Responsible for expand Nokia Digital Portfolio. This position will lead the go-to-market in segments such as Towers Companies, Neutral Host offering and is able to assess opportunites to convert in sales. This position will also be able to position our portfolio for development project aimed on 5G evolution with key CSPs. As part of our team, you will: - Identify business opportunities for Nokia across business segments and sub-segments, looking at the industry and technology trends. - Position our value proposition with a consultative sales approach for the long run, but do not deny the law hanging fruit possible. - Drive sales enablement, ensuring an E2E solution for the those segments identifiedy by their potential for grow and enable them for a market differentiation. - Develop opportunities and lead the go-to-market in order to increase our market share and defend our foorprint. **Your skills and experience** You have: - Proven track record in business development, partnership/alliance and relationship management roles in the technology industry preferably with networking companies.
