If you like a challenging environment where you’re working with the best and are encouraged to learn and experiment every day, there’s no better place - guaranteed! :) What you will do Manage all phases of the Client proposal lifecycle, from Technical calls, requirement gathering, team definitions, Roles and responsibilities, proposal creation and presentation, budget calculation, margins calculations. Ensure Proposals and follow ups are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Develop comprehensive project plans, including resource allocation, scheduling, and risk management. Facilitate communication and collaboration among project stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency. Implement processes to ensure successful delivery. Identify critical delivery issues and address them with the team before customer exposure. Communicate team issues and concerns to the leadership team proactively. Must haves A minimum of 4 years of experience in project/delivery management. Demonstrated experience in managing clients from start to end, including inceptions and pre-sales activities. Strong financial knowledge, with experience in managing project budgets, negotiating and financial reporting. Experience managing external clients. Proficiency in project management software and tools. Exceptional English level, communication and leadership skills. Nice to haves Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Computer Science or related field. Experience working cross-functionally with groups like Software Developers, Delivery/Project Managers, and Account Managers. Proven ability to prepare detailed proposals and manage pre-sales processes. High level of organization, planning, prioritization and attention to detail. Strong team orientation, maintain partnerships, collaborate and influence across multiple stakeholders. Excellent client management skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
