Descripción Manage full-cycle recruitment for entry level and mid senior positions (from job posting to offer stage) Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and team needs Proactively source and engage candidates through multiple channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, etc.) Screen and assess applicants for relevant skills and experience Schedule and coordinate interviews, manage candidate communications, and provide regular updates to stakeholders Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future openings Ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment process Maintain accurate recruitment records and reporting in the ATS or related systems Perfil buscado (h/m) 2-3 years of proven experience in the end-to-end cycle recruitment, ideally focused on financial or corporate positions Bilingual in English and Spanish (verbal and written fluency required) Strong interpersonal and communication skills Highly proactive and able to work independently Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.) Knowledge in Success Factor (SAP) Bachelor's degree Qué Ofrecemos Flexible hybrid work model (1 day/week in Bogotá office) Collaborative and professional environment Competitive salary and benefits package
