Purpose: This professional is responsible for developing, deploying, and promoting standard processes and tools within the region. The ideal candidate will leverage their functional expertise to introduce new processes and policies that enhance productivity and efficiency. Qualifications / Requirements: * Bachelor's Degree completed and preferably in Engineering. * Experience in Supply Chain positions across any industry. * Effective communication skills with diverse partners across the company. * Leadership by influence and strong collaborative relationship-building abilities. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, focusing on data analysis. * Experience in developing or deploying new digital solutions, tools, or processes. * High motivation to learn, innovate, and transform business practices. * Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.). * Expertise in Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate). * Basic knowledge of Python and intermediate knowledge of VBA. * Desirable knowledge of ERP & Planning systems. * Languages: Advanced English; Spanish and Portuguese are desirable. #LI-Hybrid
