This position is a key supplement to visual branding and is gaining attention with the popularity of voice devices, podcasts, short videos and smart homes. 2. Main Responsibilities 1. Brand sound strategy formulation Work with the brand team to understand brand positioning, target audience, market style and emotional tone Analyze the sound strategies of competing brands and formulate sound design plans that meet brand personality and business goals Clearly define the role of sound in the overall brand communication (such as advertising, APP, store, product startup sound, etc.) 2. Sound content creation and design Create brand iconic sound (Sonic Logo), such as boot sound, advertising ending sound, broadcast prompt sound, etc. Design multi-purpose sound assets such as product interaction sound effects, voice assistant prompt sound, user feedback sound effects, etc. Produce advertising soundtracks, video BGM, podcast opening/ending music, and maintain style consistency Work with music producers, voice actors, and sound engineers to record, mix and master 3. Multi-platform sound consistency management Unify the performance of sound in different channels (TV, mobile devices, web pages, offline stores, voice assistants, etc.) Create and maintain a sound brand manual (Sonic Brand Book), define usage specifications, style guidelines, etc. Manage the sound asset library to support the call and localized use of various departments 4. User research and acoustic psychology analysis Participate in sound testing to collect user feedback, associations and emotional reactions to different sounds Apply psychoacoustics and emotional tonality theory to ensure that the sound inspires the expected emotions and brand associations Track the sound performance effect, such as advertising memorability, brand association, user satisfaction and other indicators III. Job requirements Educational background: Bachelor degree or above, music production, sound design, audio engineering, psychology, communication, brand management and other related majors Those with acoustic engineering, sound art or multimedia design background are preferred Skill requirements: Proficient in using audio creation and editing tools, such as Logic Pro X, Ableton Live, Pro Tools, Audition, Reaper etc. Ability to arrange music, synthesize sound, design sound effects and post-production Understand brand marketing, emotional design, user experience, and sound psychology Ability to plan creatively and communicate across teams, and be able to transform abstract brand concepts into sound output Ability to write sound specification documents and play a core creative role in the project Good auditory sensitivity and artistic appreciation, with both creativity and detail polishing ability More than 2 years of experience in sound design, music production or sound creativity Experience in advertising sound design, interactive sound effect production or brand sound system construction is preferred Experience in sound design for multinational brands, media platforms or smart products will be a plus IV.
