Our founders have built trust with property managers and owners across 13 buildings through sheer execution, but we've never told our story at scale. We have no landing page, no content cadence, no inbound strategy. Every deal to date has been word-of-mouth. Now, we're ready to flip the switch—and we need a creative content engine who can make Cloud9’s value obvious, credible, and in-demand. THE TRANSFORMATION YOU'LL CREATE Cloud9 is in active conversations with 100+ buildings via inbound and outbound marketing The Revenue Share model is widely understood and seen as an attractive alternative to vacant units A weekly content engine is running across LinkedIn, YouTube, and email Our B2B identity is sharp, trusted, and consistent across all channels AI-powered workflows and CRM automations are driving visibility and results THE RESULTS WE'RE PAYING FOR 90-Day Success Metrics: Launch a weekly content cadence across 3+ platforms (LinkedIn, email, YouTube) Develop a clear marketing plan for brand strategy and lead generation Establish replicable content management and publishing processes Generate a consistent B2B lead pipeline with campaign tracking Your Scorecard: Are you generating qualified leads weekly? Is our content consistent, strategic, and converting? Are you making Cloud9 impossible to ignore in the real estate world? WHY THIS ROLE MIGHT SUCK (Reality Check) You’re building everything from scratch: systems, brand, funnel, and cadence There’s no playbook—only leadership support, resources, and high expectations You’ll write, design, schedule, test, and report—all with urgency It’s a fast-paced, startup-style environment where feedback is direct and frequent WHAT MAKES YOU PERFECT FOR THIS CHAOS 2–4 years in content marketing, brand development, or B2B lead generation Strong background in content workflows and campaign execution Fluent/native English (written and spoken) AI Fluency: You automate your creative workflow and use tools like ChatGPT, Claude, HubSpot, and Canva Waiting for direction instead of owning results Lack of AI literacy or unwillingness to use automation Poor writing or communication skills in English No knowledge of marketing fundamentals, brand, or lead gen You blend marketing and tech—using AI to scale your creative ideas You build systems, not just posts, and you think in funnels You write content that converts and build engines that sustain it THE CLOUD9 EXPERIENCE What You'll Love: Total ownership over Cloud9’s B2B content strategy A creative partner role with direct input into growth and branding Working with execs and decision-makers to shape strategy Mission-driven impact in an exciting PropTech environment What Might Frustrate You: No pre-set templates or brand kit (yet) High standards and fast timelines You’re both strategic and operational—no “just ideation” Acceptable Weaknesses: You’ve never worked in real estate but learn fast You hate bureaucracy and love autonomy APPLY ONLY IF: You want to be the architect of a brand that reshapes real estate.
