Key Responsibilities for this role: Lead projects for new product development & portfolio optimization while coordinating with multi-functional teams (Finance, Sales, TMKT & Supply). Analyze & report market KPIs, sharing valuable insights on brand performance and competitive set, translating into actionable marketing plans. Monitor brand monthly sales vs plan, zooming into channels, clients, and portfolio. Own and actively manage brand budget. Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, International Business, Industrial Engineering, or similar fields. Advanced English required. Experience: 2-3 years of experience in Marketing. The ideal candidate will have general market analysis experience, a strong numerical understanding, and great verbal communication skills. Brand building & development. Development of projects with operational and commercial teams, aligned with brand strategies. Monitor and analyze the brand's monthly sales. Measure and report brand performance to provide insights on competitors, pricing strategies, market trends, innovations, etc., leading to the identification of market opportunities. Work with the finance team to ensure the profitability of the P&L and define financial and commercial strategies. Work with agencies/partners to develop communication campaigns, new graphic packaging, marketing materials, or others that help enhance the brand.
