At WPP Media, we are seeking a Senior Associate, Business Intelligence to join our Offshore team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for supporting and building reporting, business intelligence, and data visualization to deliver campaign reporting insight. Key Responsibilities: - Collect data requirements from client teams, including the Business Intelligence (Analytics) team, to understand the measurement framework and critical metrics for database build and business logic. - Manage the retrieving, compiling, and formatting of large volumes of data (ETL); data cleaning. - Assist in the build and development of weekly, monthly, quarterly reporting. - Work with Global teams in the US to ensure connectivity between regions reporting, US reporting, and Global; across pods. - Assist in the strategy and development of the data visualization layer of the business intelligence platforms for insight generation for use in campaign monitoring and optimization. Requirements & Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Economics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or related field. OR equivalent professional work experience. - 1-2 years of work experience in data management, data visualization, and data analytics preferably in a marketing and/or media agency. - Experience in database structure work and in building dashboards with Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Domo is required; knowledge of visual techniques for data analysis and presentation is a plus. - Experience compiling media analytics performance reports & monthly/quarterly business reviews - Experience working with SQL. - Experience with digital data from ad serving platforms (e.g. Google Campaign Manager, Other adservers), campaign planning tools (e.g. Prisma, Lumina, MediaOcean), website analytics software (e.g. Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics), paid search engine marketing data sources (e.g. Adwords, Marin, …) and others is strongly preferred.
