Key Responsibilities: - Monitor Traba's daily operations in real-time, ensuring all shifts on our marketplace are executed flawlessly and preparing/troubleshooting as needed. - Closely coordinate with Territory Operations Manager to understand each customer's unique needs and shape daily operations accordingly. - Ensure a positive and trusted experience for workers on our platform. - Provide an excellent experience for workers before, during, and after their shifts. - Resolve support issues for workers in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction. - Communicate with and manage workers effectively to deliver the required number of workers to clients. - Ensure workers are clocked in and out at the right times for accurate payment. - Identify opportunities to improve processes, tooling, and product efficiency. - Support forward-filling or worker-vetting initiatives when necessary. - Help build standard operating procedures and continuously improve them. - Learn and master multiple internal systems. - Assist workers in understanding how to use the Traba app and handle sensitive, complex user-facing issues on the platform. Requirements: - 2+ years of professional experience in a customer success, business support, or similar role at a fast-growth company. - Proven ability to balance multiple critical tasks, work under pressure, and consistently meet deadlines. - Ownership mentality and strong work ethic brought to work every day. - Enthusiastic and positive attitude with strong customer empathy and care for workers. - Customer management skills, including problem-solving, setting customer expectations, and building relationships. - Grit and willingness to tackle hands-on tasks. - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. - Attention to detail balanced with swift execution. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment. - Excellent organization, time management, and prioritization skills.
