Ensure all deliveries meet hotel specifications, including adherence to receiving sheets, purchase orders, pricing, and weights. Oversee daily storeroom operations, proper storage, and stock rotation to ensure freshness of food items. Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the storeroom. Ensure proper requisition and approval processes for products leaving the storeroom. Participate in monthly and year-end inventories. Train, supervise, schedule, and evaluate staff.
