We're looking for a Workplace Manager to take care of the proper image of the company and appearance of the reception according to Revolut's standards. A well-organised individual who'll maintain our office, logistics, and documentation. A reliable, positive, can-do person who enjoys helping others. Please note that this is a temporary position for 18 months initially, with the possibility of staying at Revolut in case of successful performance. Up for the challenge? Let's get in touch **What you’ll be doing** - Taking care of the proper image of the company and appearance of the reception according to Revolut's standards - Supporting business meetings held in the office, acting as a point of contact, managing visitors, booking rooms, meet and greet activities, etc. - Maintaining meeting rooms by providing necessary stationary and ensuring tidiness - Managing WX tickets by responding politely and adequately, meeting SLA’s - Arranging catering for in-house meetings when required - Cooperating with landlord, vendors, security, and cleaning team - Managing proper communication related to WX activities regarding any issues and planned actions - Conducting daily office checks and reporting any issues - Answering incoming phone calls, providing basic and accurate information - Ordering office supplies and keeping inventory of stock - Managing access card control, providing badges, and blocking them **What you'll need** - 1-5 years of relevant experience - Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask - A motivated, positive, can-do attitude - Team player skills and the ability to work independently, using own initiative when required - Keen attention to detail - Flexibility with a willingness to tackle a variety of duties and to learn new skills - Reliability and responsibility with a friendly and approachable manner - Fluency in English and Polish **Nice to have** - Experience working in a similar position at a multi-location (ideally international) company - A general understanding of tech services, specifically use of MacBooks and Google Suite **_ We won't ask for payment or personal financial information during the hiring process._**_ If anyone does ask you for this, it’s a scam.
