We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced LatAm Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our three sister companies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Industrial Engineering, be proficient with ERP platforms (specifically Odoo), and possess a solid understanding of metrics and LEAN philosophy. This role requires exceptional leadership and organizational skills to manage production metrics, supervise team members, and ensure efficient operational processes. Duties and Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day operations Supervise and lead all team members, ensuring high performance and productivity. Oversee production metrics and ensure targets are met. Conduct daily production meetings with team members. Create SOP of all procedures Modify job descriptions of all employees Summarize and report discussed topics and updates to the higher management. Manage the hiring, firing, and raising processes. Implement and maintain LEAN methodologies to improve operational efficiency. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Requirements: Proficiency in ERP platforms, specifically Odoo. Strong understanding of metrics and LEAN philosophy. Background in Industrial Engineering. 2-3 years of experience in a similar role. Excellent leadership and organizational skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
