This role is key to ensuring the financial sustainability, regulatory compliance, and administrative efficiency of the Group through strategic, rigorous, and ethical management of resources. The ideal candidate will have an international mindset, strong regulatory knowledge, technical leadership, and operational closeness. Key Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or related fields. Postgraduate degree or Masters in Finance or related areas. Minimum of 8 years experience in strategic financial leadership roles. Strong knowledge of Colombian accounting and tax regulations; functional knowledge of U.S. standards is highly desirable. Advanced English proficiency (C1 level). Willingness and availability to travel internationally. We Offer Salary: COP $25,000,000 Location: Medellín, Antioquia, Colombia Contract Type: Permanent contract directly with the Group Main Responsibilities Oversee accounting and tax processes in Colombia and the U.S., ensuring regulatory compliance and reliable reporting. Manage relationships with external auditors in each country. Control the Groups cash flow, budgets, and expenditure. Provide consolidated financial reports to the CEO and the shareholder family. Ensure operational liquidity across countries under your responsibility. Implement financial and administrative controls to guarantee efficiency and transparency. Safeguard the Groups assets and ensure compliance with internal policies. Participate in boards, shareholder meetings, and corporate processes as a financial advisor. Review key third-party contracts to validate financial terms and obligations. Serve as a legal representative in operational procedures when required. Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes through technology or third-party management. Support the Human Resources Department in financial and contractual oversight. Act as a strategic partner to the CEO in administrative and investment decisions.
