**Position Title**: Talent & People Associate **Location**: Medellín, Colombia (Remote with 1-2 days onsite/week) **Contract Type**: Contractor **Compensation**: USD $1,000/month **Language Requirement**: English - C1 Level **About the Role** We’re looking for a **junior Talent & People Associate** to join our People team and help us scale recruitment and internal HR processes. This person will take ownership of **Talent Acquisition**, especially for roles in marketing and technology, while also contributing to People Operations and internal initiatives.
