Job summary As an Implementation Engineer at ProcessMaker, you will be responsible for implementing and optimizing ProcessMaker's solutions for enterprise clients, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and supporting the development of scalable solutions. Responsibilities - Lead ProcessMaker solution implementations by building interactive screens, developing processes, and essential coding that meet customer requirements. - Partner with clients to strategically define and map their business processes, integrate multi-system environments, and ensure the final solution aligns with their core objectives. - Systematically develop and test all solution components within the ProcessMaker platform, to guarantee the final solution meets client requirements and performs to specification. - Drive the continuous improvement of internal quality assurance and testing protocols to enhance the efficiency and scalability of our service delivery process. - Engage with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure implementation projects are strategically aligned with overarching business goals and customer success criteria. - Act as a key liaison between clients and product teams by gathering direct feedback to influence roadmap prioritization and contributing to technical evangelism efforts. Essential Functions - Lead the technical delivery of implementation projects, partnering with key enterprise clients to architect and build tailored solutions. - Guarantee solution integrity and performance by conducting rigorous, end-to-end testing and systematic troubleshooting throughout the implementation lifecycle. - Drive long-term client success by providing post-implementation support focused on system performance optimization and high user satisfaction. - Contribute to internal operational excellence by partnering with cross-functional teams to refine implementation methodologies and streamline delivery processes. Qualifications - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. - 3+ years of professional experience in software development, solutions consulting, or a similar technical role, with a strong preference for work in business process automation (BPA). - Proficiency in a general-purpose programming language (e.g., JavaScript, PHP, Python) and demonstrated experience building and consuming RESTful APIs for system integrations. - Deep understanding of business process mapping, workflow design, and the architectural challenges of integrating disparate enterprise systems. - Experience with the full software testing lifecycle, including debugging, performance tuning, and troubleshooting custom solutions. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and work effectively in cross-functional teams. Preferred Qualifications - A track record of successfully implementing SaaS products and automating processes within complex enterprise environments. - Direct, hands-on experience with a major Business Process Management (BPM) or automation platform; specific experience with ProcessMaker is a significant plus. - Proven ability to manage client relationships and lead technical conversations in high-stakes, enterprise-level implementation projects.
