Sales Monitoring and Analysis: Monitor monthly sales versus plan, focusing on channels, clients, and portfolio. 4. Brand Budget Management: Develop and manage brand budgets. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, International Business, Industrial Engineering, or related field. - Advanced English skills required. Experience: 1. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Marketing. 2. Proven general market analysis experience, strong numerical understanding, and excellent verbal communication skills. 3. Experience in brand building and development. 4. Development of projects with operational and commercial teams aligned with brand strategies. 5. Monitoring and analyzing monthly sales performance. 6. Measuring and reporting brand performance to identify competitors, pricing strategies, market trends, innovations, etc., and leading to market opportunities identification. 7. Collaboration with the finance team to ensure profitability and define financial and commercial strategies. 8. Working with agencies/partners to develop communication campaigns, graphic packaging, marketing materials, or other initiatives enhancing the brand. 9.
