What We’re Looking For STRONG English Command Skills Recruitment Expertise: Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting for clinical and non-clinical roles Sourcing Proficiency: Skilled at identifying top candidates via platforms like Indeed, LinkedIn, Meta Ads, referrals, etc. Strategic Mindset: Ability to tailor hiring strategies based on departmental needs and organizational goals Strong Communication: Professional, concise, and confident when engaging with candidates, hiring managers, and leadership Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Google Sheets, Excel, and hiring dashboards Fast-Paced Execution: Thrives in deadline-driven environments with a strong sense of urgency Collaborative Attitude: Works well with cross-functional teams to meet hiring targets Problem Solver: Able to identify bottlenecks and implement creative sourcing and hiring solutions Key Responsibilities Own and manage full-cycle recruitment - from sourcing to onboarding Create compelling job ads and campaigns to attract high-quality candidates Screen and interview applicants; coordinate with hiring managers and credentialing teams Maintain accurate hiring records and performance reports in our ATS and internal trackers Provide market insights and regular updates to stakeholders Deliver an excellent candidate experience through every interaction Cross-train and support key HR functions including onboarding, benefits coordination, and general HR inquiries Why Join IBI Healthcare?
